Private instruction is available in our studio.
We generally have room for new clients in our existing classes.
Classes are added as needed. If there is a class you would
like to see, give us a call.
Our goal in scheduling is to meet you at YOUR time, so we have
lots of morning and evening hours. We'll find a time that
works best for you.

Give us a call. We will answer your questions quickly and
simply, and we'll give you a chance to see for yourself. If we
find that Pilates would be of help, and you are interested in
learning more, we may invite you to visit one of our classes or even
to sit-in as a participant. How better to learn if you and
Pilates are a good match? We have an open, flexible schedule
with equipment and mat classes throughout the day. If you're
interested in private sessions, we'll find the time that works for
